The business need
A strategic plan needs to be understandable outside the team that wrote it. Board members, district leaders and families need different levels of detail without losing the shared story.
Our contribution
ASALA handled the branding, design, product UX and full-stack application development.
The approach
We shaped the brand and website around a concrete deliverable: a strategic plan people can read and explore. The product UX gives each audience an appropriate view, while the website lets districts examine examples before requesting a sample.
Selected decisions
Different audiences, different views
We designed distinct entry points for a data story, board view, dashboard and context view. Each format gives a different audience a way into the same district plan.
A recognizable district identity
District-specific typography, color and storytelling sit within a consistent product structure. The branding examples make this flexibility tangible before a district commissions its own view.
A concrete next step
Visitors can examine examples and request a branded sample, rather than having to infer what the service would produce.
Current status
The public marketing site and sample formats are available to explore. Lakeview and Northstar are fictional demonstration districts; they are not client outcomes. No adoption or performance figures are claimed.
