The business need
Agency work spans email, agreements, delivery tools and invoices. The product brings those pieces into a client record so the next action has context.
Our contribution
ASALA handled the branding, design, product UX and full-stack application development.
The approach
We designed the brand, website and application experience around the context of a client engagement. The interface brings conversations and client information together; the product presentation explains that relationship through recognizable agency tasks.
Selected decisions
Client context alongside conversations
Client information sits beside the inbox so a message can be read in the context of the wider engagement. The public demonstration makes that relationship visible on one screen.
A path from agreement to invoice
The product UX connects scopes, milestones, delivery integrations and invoicing around a client engagement. The public site explains the sequence from the first call to payment.
Visible boundaries for automation
Approval and sending rules are presented alongside agent capabilities. Keeping those controls visible is part of making an AI-assisted workflow understandable.
Current status
The public product website is available to explore. The interface demonstration uses fictitious businesses and messages. Customer savings and adoption results are not reported here.
