Marketing pagesFonts are served from this site. The static marketing pages do not include an analytics tracker. External services, including booking and the client portal, have separate data flows described below.

In your browserThe Confidence Tape, Reckoner and brief composer use session storage for tool values during your visit. Elevator sound and decorative-motion preferences use local storage so they can be remembered between visits. These browser preferences are not submitted with your inquiry. You can clear them through your browser’s site-data settings.

Project inquiriesThe form collects the contact and project information you submit. It sends that information to ASALA’s Convex backend so the studio can respond. Email notifications use Resend. Submitting an inquiry does not approve a project or subscribe you to marketing. The server uses rate limits to reduce spam. For access or deletion requests, contact privacy@asala.ai.

Site checks and reportsThe site survey sends the public website address you submit to ASALA’s Convex backend. Firecrawl retrieves page content and, when available, a screenshot. OpenAI reviews the captured page text to generate findings and a build brief; the preview image is not a visual assessment. Convex stores the submitted address and reading. If you request an email copy, we store your email address with that request and send the findings through Resend. Email is optional and does not subscribe you to marketing. Do not submit private pages, access tokens, or confidential information. Records are not automatically deleted on a fixed schedule at present; request access or deletion at privacy@asala.ai. Technical abuse-prevention counters use a hashed network address and expire separately.

Client portalThe portal uses authentication to provide access to client projects and related records. Signing in and using portal services involves the portal backend and its authentication storage. This differs from browsing the public marketing pages without signing in.

BookingDiscovery-call bookings open Sydbar at sydbar.app. Review its privacy information when booking.

BooksShelf links go to plain Amazon searches. There is no affiliate tag.
